Colts = Lost.

Yes, it was a bummer to watch the Colts lose on Sunday night. But all things considered, it was great. Since we were front row, we were at the mercy of the fans around us when it came to standing the whole game to take photos. Had the Colts been up 23-0 in the first half, we would have been jeered all night by the people around us. Instead, the whole stadium was on its feet all night long. We had a good time heckling the people around us back and forth (for the most part), and it was a good game to watch.
The events that took place after the game were even more interesting, which started with us huddling with other Colts fans through the exits during a near-riot situation and having taking the Walk of Shame through the tailgating section in an effort to avoid 30,000+ trying to enter the mass transit trolley system. We ended up jumping a fence and climbing a hill leading up to the back of an IKEA, but it saved us a few hours. After making it from the trolley to the bus, we encountered more drunks who asked us if the guy they met from Indy was our Dad (because there had to be only 3 people from Indy at the game), and then walking down some scary roads for about 1 mile with everyone honking and yelling COLTS SUCK at us. Welcome to San Diego!
Overall, the trip was great. Got back laaaaaate last night, and I’m dragging today. Midterm at 6:15pm, class until 10, work tomorrow, then maybe I will finally get to spend some time with my wife!
